Alternative Skill Set

  • Relational Databases: like SQL Server, MySQL
  • HTML and JavaScript based client-side technologies with frameworks like Knockout, jQuery etc.

During the training period, the Developers will work on the preferred skill sets mentioned above. However, they would also get a chance to improve on the Alternative skills mentioned.  During the training period, the Developers would get a chance to master the following –

  • Modular web application design and Single page web applications
  • Developing and consuming REST based web API’s
  • NodeJS based development stacks

Intern as Web Developer

Designation: – Pre Sales Executive.

Reporting to: – Sales Manager/Business Head.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product Management and Marketing to help define / refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team
  • Ensure that the Pre-Sales resources evolve in line with the Marketing Message and Sales Teams stated requirements
  • Production of responses to Requests for information and Requests for pricing
  • Work with Sales personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre sales activities
  • Liaison with Product Managers and Development to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to sales organization.

Sales Manager

Designation: – Field Sales Manager.

General Summary:

  •  Manages sales of the company’s products and services in within a defined geographic area, Province or country.
  • Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
  • Collaborates with partners & distributors in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
  • Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
    Responsibilities:
  • Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with partners & distributers.
  • Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
  • Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.

Responsibilities:

Need hands on experience/knowledge on any one or more of the following areas:

  • Enterprise Telephony and Networking
  • IP telephony, Integrated Voice Response solution.
  • Call Centre & corporate Voice Networking on Avaya/ Cisco Media servers.
  • Experience on Nice Logger, Turrets & Avaya/Cisco PBX & telephony product family will be added plus.
  • Good Communication skills to discuss and understand issues, requirements with customers with direct one on one communication or over phone/mails.

Responsibilities:

  • Member will have to work in shifts on rotation basis. (Including night shifts & weekends).
  • Job requires a member to quickly learn on job about Avaya/ Cisco Enterprise Communication systems and their configuration details.
  • It also involves learning configuration of Avaya/ Cisco / Third Party SIP Based IP based IP Telephony features and configuration.
  • Job would require configuration, troubleshooting, training and support to be conducted at Customer premise (morning and afternoon shifts).
  • Customers are mainly involve financial institutions, trading houses, Banks etc.
  • Good spoken Communication and ability understand customer requirements, document them and communicate back to top authorities is required.
  • Ready to work in rotational shifts and on Weekends as and when required. In case of working on Weekends, Week off would be applicable.

Location : Mumbai (Either Mumbai office or the Client site depending on the company requirement)
